GUITAR ACADAMY OF THE ARTS & SCIENCE

I started playing guitar at the age of fourteen after seeing the Led Zeppelin movie The Song Remains the Same. I studied non-stop until just four years later, I began teaching guitar. My job is enormous with Rattleface. Not only do I write and arrange all of the music, I engineer and produce the band as well, but I wouldn't have it any other way. What we convey in our music is a message, emotion and world class playing and soundscapes that are meant to take the listener to audio euphoria. I also enjoy performing all of the orchestral instruments on guitar synth which play a huge part on our second album entitled Hard Times. Live however, I'm the maniac Guitar Man on a Flying V, Acoustic Guitar and Guitar Synth.

As a producer, I’ve worked with such greats as Ted Jensen, Chief Mastering Engineer at Sterling Sound in New York City, Stephen Marsh, Chief Mastering Engineer of Threshold Sound in Los Angeles, Ca., as well as the late, great, Sean Nova of Sonic Mastering Studios, Woodland Hills, CA.

I feel Rattleface is the fine musical journey I’ve spent all of my life preparing for, filled with strong songwriting, virtuoso playing, lush soundscapes and great rock vocals. I feel blessed for the opportunity to share our music with you. Our latest release, "Second House on the Left" is a magnificent statement of how a band like Rattleface can continue to push the boundaries of highly amplified metal to another dimension; a must own album in any rockers collection! ron@rattleface.com
